Dr Lucilla Ah-Ching Sefo graduated from the Pacific Eye Institute in 2016 with a Master of Medicine in Ophthalmology.
In June 2024, she led Samoa’s first Rapid Assessment of Avoidable Blindness (RAAB), a landmark research project designed to collect data and guide evidence-based improvements to national eye care.
