Our partners

We work with government agencies, universities and community organisations in the Pacific to ensure people in the region have access to quality eye care in sustainable, resilient and locally led eye health systems.

Partnerships are vital to our work. Without them, we simply couldn’t achieve as much as we do.

The Fred Hollows Foundation NZ’s partnerships provide the platform from which we continue to pursue our goals to:

  • Strengthen local eye health care systems in Pacific Island countries.
  • Support and foster the development of local eye health workforces in the region.
  • Support Pacific Island countries and their partners to develop their own eye health governance and policies.
  • Develop our own capabilities so we can continue to support Pacific Island countries.

We are extremely grateful to our partners, who share our vision of a Pacific where no one is needlessly blind or vision impaired.
