Fred talks

Download our presentation and give an engaging talk to your peers. This is perfect for community groups, a change-up to a book club, or just an excuse to have friends over and chat.

Give your gift

Spread the joy on your special day by giving the gift of sight to someone in the Pacific. Ask your friends and family to donate to Team Fred in lieu of your gift.

Workshops

Invite your friends over for a lesson in your skill. Maybe you’re a whizz at cake decorating, or art comes naturally; there will be plenty of people who would love a workshop by donation.

Throughout the year there are dozens of sport events you can join. Whether it's the Auckland Marathon, Cycling Lake Taupo or taking part in an Iron competition, these are brilliant ways to ask for sponsorship.
