Dr Lucilla Ah-Ching Sefo is Samoa’s only ophthalmologist and Head of the Ophthalmology Department at the Ministry of Health.

Dr Elenoa’s journey into eye care began at Lautoka Hospital, where she started working in ophthalmology.
